Team 7 Summits
Mental Health
2023 saw increased access to mental health evaluation and treatment across the military and more emphasis on reducing stigma associated with seeking mental health support
Three military veterans aim to complete the 7 summits, the highest mountains on each of the 7 continents, to date only 500 people have completed this endeavour. The 7 summits bid will start with Mont Blanc in June 2025.
